Drugs have side effects so it's beettr to avoid them.A certain breathing exercise helps. Try to inhale counting to 3 and then exhale counting to 6. (You can choose how many seconds you inhale and them multiply by 2 the exhaling time). This helps you relax and your blood pressure will be lower so it's easier to fall asleep.Hope this helps! Far be it for me to criticize your <a href="http://sfqkrbemj.com">wrtniig</a> (which is always very good), but couldn't "(in this present instance "eating")" be better written as "(in this instance "eating")", since you're not likely to be talking about the past or the future?And would not "context" be a better word choice than "instance"?I'm just sayin'.
