It is used to lower blood pressure. Cibacen indications Cibacen is primarily prescribed for patients suffering from high blood pressure or hypertension. Cibacen may also be used for other purposes aside from treating high blood pressure. Cibacen warnings Cibacen should not be taken when you are pregnant especially on the 2nd and third trimester of pregnancy as it may cause harm, birth defects, injury or even death to the fetus. Cibacen can cause dizziness and drowsiness, use Cibacen with caution especially if you are driving, operating machinery or when performing tasks that may require physical and mental alertness. It is advisable to maintain proper fluid intake and to monitor your blood pressure at all times to prevent extreme lowering of blood pressure. Cibacen may greatly increase the risks of developing allergic reactions especially to patients who are prone and susceptible to allergies. Patients with the following medical conditions should be carefully monitored and their dosage of Cibacen should also be regulated by a doctor: Kidney disorders Salt restricted diet Patients with high levels of potassium in the blood Patients who are salt substitutes Scleroderma or Lupus affected patients Use alcohol or drink alcoholic beverages moderately as alcohol may contribute to further lowering of blood pressure which when combined with Cibacen may cause extreme low blood pressure readings. Cibacen dosage Cibacen Dosage should only be given by your doctor depending on the tests he/she will perform. Cibacen overdose Symptoms of Cibacen Overdose include extreme dizziness, fainting, weakness and fatigue. If any of these symptoms occur and if overdose is suspected, waste no time and immediately seek medical care. Cibacen missed dose Never take double doses of Cibacen. If you happened to miss a dose, take that dose as soon as you remember provided that it is not yet time for the next dose. If it is near the next dose, just forego that dose and proceed with the next one. Cibacen side effects The following are among the side effects associated with Cibacen intake: Headache Fatigue Chest Pains Light headedness Dry tickling mouth Anxiety or depression Nausea Constipation Taste malfunctions Itching and rashes Profuse sweating Irregular heartbeats Sore throat Fever If you experience any of the following symptoms and if they become bothersome and intolerable, ask your doctor immediately for the proper course of action regarding these symptoms. Cibacen drug reactions The following drugs may not work well with Cibacen. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of these drugs: Potassium supplements Salt substitutes that contain Potassium Diuretics or water pills Lithium Your doctor may advice you to lower your dosage of Cibacen or cease it entirely.

Can Cibacen also be given to pets ? (in view of the fact that it has the
same ingredients as the veterinary Fortekor)
