what is purpose use of citralka syrup
if i use for kidney problem mex in water

Hi just a quick note.
Recently overseas and ran out of URAL.
(Have had bladder infection in the past and use 2 ural a day, for health) A chemist gave me CITRALKA and his directions were to use this if I got another bladder infection.
Is this good advice?

Asalam my name is Ahad I never commented on any site ever ,recently I had burning jn my urine from dec 2011 for a week then after exact 1month it started again doctor said to take citralka syrup without saying that use with water I ended that syrup in 6days without mixing in water now I am facing many prb just bec of not mixing it with water citralka syrup is very strong now my heart beet is soo fast,high blood pressure upti140 I am going to have my all test and ECG tmrw, I decided to write this on every site u also pass this msg this syrup or ant other antibiotic without privet instructions can take u to serious prb so tc .
