I'm 45 years old with chronic gout. Pain, inflamation, and tophi are from my toes, fingers, elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists.I don't smoke and I don't drink.I am cautious of my diet. The pain is excruciating. I feel the pain from the time I wake up until I fall asleep. Dexton relieves me much of the pain when I have an attack.I usually mix dextone with a NSAID (injectible) and this gives me much relief. Is this practice right? What are its side effects? How much is overdose? God bless you.
