a dr. of my firned Rx dilantine 100mg qd, Patient was jospitalized twice
and had seizure because of low level of blood level, hospital increased
dilantine 500 mg daily but this Dr is not hospital staff. ahe did not
follow Dr. of hospitalRx and giving 100 mg daily. What patient is supposed
