if i need 12 mg of bethamethasone, and i use diprospan, should i count both the diproprionate and the sodium phosphate amount? Meaning, 1 ml would have 7mg of bethamethasone? or should i only count the diproprionate part?

A doctor gave me a shot of diprospan for a muscle contraction and it helped me with the inmflamation yet overall i been feeeling very bad, nausea, anxiety, heartburn..so I desire to accelerate the elimination of the medication from my body...I prefer much more to have the physical discomfort from the muscle contraction than from the systemic discomfort I am having for seven day now.

i ve been given diprospan injections , one IM every 3 weeks (for 3 injections) to stop activity of skin disease and control it . is this too much .
