I bought some Duact in Denmark for cold symptoms. I'm unsure of the dosage
of how many pills per day. Also, what cold medication does this compare to
in the US?

I'm taking it at the moment, one capsule three times a day.

It is recommended to take one capsule three times a day. So you could take
one capsule every 8 hours.
