We wanted to do a research work on the anesthetic properties of etomidate.
Here (Iran) the only available form of drug is Propylene glycol soluble
form (Hypnomidate). because the propylene glycol form of drug has the
potential of causing so many side effect (e.g: intravascular hemolysis
and...), we have dicided to work on lipid emulsion form (etomidate-lipuro
amp) so we wanted to know the procedure of buying it in Iran. since we are
short of time, we would be obliged if you reply as early as possible.

I am conducting trail on comparison of induction characteristics of
etomidate lipuro and propofol lipuro in 108 patients. we are now in writing
phase of our research. could you please forward me reference literature.
