hi my name is shilpa i am 23 years old my doctor is giving me wofol-z
medicine for inregurality of periods and to loose weight as people said
these types of medicines are negative effect and all i just want to conform
about this medicine that is it ok for me or not.

I have excess hair loss because of ferritin level being 49.5%. So the
docotor has adviced me to take fefol z capsule. Is it good? Or can u
recommened some natural product which could increase the ferritin.

I am 66 years. Male. Pure vegetatarian
CBC as follows:-
Hb 11.7 against 13.8
RBC 4.38 against 4.5
HCt 37.1 against 40
MCH 26.7 against 27
Serum ceatinine 1.0
STOOL: No ova; No cysts.
can i take fefol-z as a nutrient/iron supplement? If not - please advise me
suitable substitute
