Deep endemic mycoses, including coccidioidomycosis, paracoccidioidomycosis, sporotrichosis and histoplasmosis in patients with normal immunity. Dosage and administration Dosing regimen of FlucoLich is individual. This medication is prescribed for oral and IV administration.
