Hi Sidney,The answer deepnds on how you are using the nude photographs and what in a proper way' means. The general and safe rule of thumb is that if you wouldn't see it on a family-friendly TV show (PG-13), then it probably is against our TOS.However, you always have the option of enabling Mature Content Mode on your forum which would then allow you to have mature content.

This is a really good idea, Adam. It's dinlfeteiy the first time I've seen something like this. Brava! Question: How does this work with individual ad-free? If I have a global account and VIP, if I visit a forum with mature content that has been disabled due to no ad-free being applied, will is display for me? Another question: Can any member of a forum with mature content contribute ad-free credits or must it be a staff member with that authority? Will I be able to help out a forum I'm a part of if they can't afford more ad-free by buying some to apply? Yet another question: If a forum has only, say, two or three mature content boards, will the presence of that mature content make the entire forum marked as mature if ad-free runs out? All of the boards whether they have mature content in them or not are hidden until more ad-free is added? Or will forum owners have the ability to hide specific boards and let the others remain accessible until more ad-free can be bought.I apologize for all the questions I usually have. Feel free to ignore, ha.
