    Liticarb drug reactions

    Some drugs that may affect Liticarb are selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, metronidazole, tetracyclines, topiramate, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ACE inhibitors, thiazide diuretics, spironolactone, frusemide, angiotensin-II receptor antagonists, other drugs that affect electrolyte balance, xanthines, sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride containing products, psyllium or ispaghula husk, urea, mannitol, acetazolamide, neuroleptics, cxalcum channel blockers, carbamazepine or phenytoin, methyldopa, lithium, thioridazine, and iodide. Talk to your doctor first before taking the drug if you are taking any of the said medications. If you are taking any of the said medications, your doctor might not allow you to take Liticarb, adjust your dose, or require you a special monitoring during the treatment.
