What in this world happened to mega doxa forte? out of stock, or off the market?

I donated my Kidney and the Specialist put me on Mega doxa forte. Now it has just disappeared and i have no energy!!! You try and do the right thing and this happens!! Please don't tell me their is a substitute because their is not!!!!!!

Megadoxa Forte is or was manufactured by Adcock Ingram but if you try to find out what has happened, they just make like it never existed! Typical Pharmaceutical Industry very arrogant to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plz help me. i suffered severe migraines in my 1st pregnancy, my gp prescribed megadoxa.....it helped greatly. i used it throughout my second pregnancy and was migraine free. i am expecting my third child and there is no megadoxa....i am in constant agony, have two toddlers to look after and no substitute for megadoxa! please help, i am desperate.

what happened to megadoxa forte? there is a lot of cancer patients with leukemia that use this product, it has been available for years on end.?
