I just spoke to customer service at Novopharm, and the novo pheniram will
be availabe the end of October..so try your drug store then

I purchased Novo-Pheniram and the safety seal was not under the cap. I was
told by the pharmacy that this is a production problem and am to contact
you people. I had to go on the web to get to this site as there is no
phone number or web address on the bottle. Do you have a phone number that
I can reach from Ontario? Will be waiting for your reply.
