this morning my doctor mentioned the possibility of me going on a new drug
called pradex. is this in place of warfarin? is it available now in canada?

I have taken warfarin 4 mg for years, now they would like me to take pradex
150mg twice daily-Are there any side effect and is there any interference
with other medications I take?

would like more info re the drug pradex as i'm planning on using the med to
replace warfarin on an upcoming trip to australia
