A chemist in Berlin gave me a packet of "Silomat" while I was there a month ago. I had a heavy cold and some Asthma (later) also a Diabetic - this is the best losenga I have ever had. Please could you advise if it is available in Australia - thank you.

i just buyed one now and the women from the farmacy told me to take 30-40 drops 3 times per day. but the drops should I take them with water? or just the put the drops in a glasss and drink it?
