Dear Sirs:
Back in the 1980's and 1990's if I ever found myself with a head
cold/sinus problem I allways knew relief was just one trip to the drug
store away. That little red box was the cure to all problems sinus
related. I had every confidence that when I took one of your little pills
I would have 8 hours of solid wonderful breathing normal sleep and when I
would wake up my sinus problems would be gone. There is alot of
peace/security knowing that the solution is so near.
Recently I have suffered a head cold and so I turned to your product
again and I have to tell you I was severly disappointed with the results I
have gotten from it. There was no overwhelming drowsiness and the sinus
problems were still there (although reduced). Please tell me what happend
to my most trusted OTC medicine? I have seen on some google search results
you have changed the formula to reduce drug abuse? Is the old formula
available under some other name? Can I get the old formula by
perscription? Thank you for your time and thank you for making such a
wonderful powerful product in the past and I hope you choose to do so again
soon.
