I am wondering if St. James is available in the U.K. and if so can I
purchase some on line. I have searched all over Malta & they tell me they
do not have it anymore. I live in Melbourne Australia. I hope you can help
me.

Where can I buy St James' Balm? It is such a fantastic product, yet nobody
seems to stock it!
Carol Stanley 29 Jul 2010, 15:00
I have searched on line but can't find where to by St. James' Balm.
Can you tell me where I can buy it - it is a superb balm and I have used it for years but have now used up all my supply.
Ellie Sykes 30 Jul 2010, 14:18
I have contacted the manufacturer as far back as January 2010 and I was
informed that they were having 'licensing' problems. (whatever that means)
I contacted Medico a couple of months ago - but the lady who answered was
in an emotional state due to a sudden death in the family. I shall make
attempt to contact the company again. I have used St James Balm for
50yrs!!! I shall report any news after I speak to them or you may wish to
speak to them yourself. I hope this is of some help.

I need to purchase St James Balm for my mother as she swears by this
product... can you let me know how I can purchase it asap ? Thanks :))

I have just spoken to the owner of the company that distributes St James
Balm - Medico Biological in Ruislip Surrey England.
Unfortunately, due to the death of the Managing Director earlier this year - the lady I spoke to admits that with the best will in the world she cannot continue with the business. Apparently the original problem with stock was due to a problem with the manufacturer's factory. However, she assured me that it WILL DEFINATELY be back on the market before the end of the year. If you care to ring her direct on 00 44 01895632724 she will be more than happy to take your name and telephone number and notify you as soon as it is back on the market. I hope this is helpful to all SJB users!!!

I need to get hold of tubes of St. James Balm I use it for my skin problem
and it is the only thing that will work where can I get some here in Sydney
Australia?
Derek Empson 03 Nov 2010, 04:24
I have just rung the latest number which is 02082053722 and was informed
that SJB is not available at the moment. It will be manufactured in the
future but could not give a specific date. It could be later this year but
who knows?
Jenny 04 Nov 2010, 07:33
It's not just me trying to get hold of St James' then!. The last time I
ordered some online was about 3 years ago ( I ordered 10 tubes) and had to
get it from the usa, as EU licensing laws prevented it from being sold in
the UK, as far as I can tell that ruling still applies. I have tried
looking at U.S sites but so far have had no luck. Good luck to all of you
and please post on here if you managed to get any of the blessed stuff!
Thanks

Like every one else, I too have been trying to obtain THE Cream, but to no
avail, It seems that there is a product dispute with a cream called Bag
Balm, so I'm going to give that a try.

My mother had terrible times with Hemmoroids and used St Jame's balm and
she said it was the only thing that helped. She used it for a week and was
never bothered with them again!I too am trying to find this product as my
husband has the same affliction.
Alan 25 Mar 2011, 02:48
I was introduced to SJB by my in-laws many years ago. We have used it for
many years and would be grateful if any one could tell me where and when i
could get fresh supplies as alas the tin is empty.

UPDATE: I rang (what was formally) medico laboratories with the number i
listed before and the same lady answered. I can only thing that Anastasia
may have included the 0 when dialing from abroad.
The lady was quite rude (obviously sick of people enquiring no doubt) but she did give me the telephone number of the new distributors: They are SESTRI SALES based in Collingdale - North London England. Phone number: 00 44 (0)208 205 3722 I had a lengthy chat with them who confirmed that SJB is DEFINATELY on order but they do not, at the moment, have a delivery date. If you care to email them on: info@sestri-sales.co.uk they will gladly put you on a mailing list and let you know when SJB is back in stock. I have half a tube left - but I daren't give you my address for fear I'd be threatened to hand it over!!! :^D Hope this is of help.
Martin Collinge 03 May 2011, 16:38
I have just spoken to Sestri Sales, who still have it on order. We've used
it in the family for years. Not really informative - I get the same
response every time - "we don't know when we'll be getting some in". They
seem a little disorganised but beggars can't be choosers....
Alan Bullas 04 May 2011, 12:12
The old ones know best my late father in law said it was the best cure all
ever made. Surely with lots of enqiries about SJB someone could start to
produce it. Please
Mrs. J. Wreford 23 Jun 2011, 15:36
Please inform me when there is news regarding the supply of St.James' Balm.
gillian elliott 24 Aug 2011, 13:32

norma tomlinson 16 Sep 2011, 02:19

stops pain and heals the same. My grand children always called it their
magic cream.Tears were soon cleared up when applied. Please Please someone
out there reproduce it. Iwould very much like to be put on the waiting list
barbara shoobridge 27 Oct 2011, 12:16

Jean Leslie 23 Nov 2011, 18:31
I have just ordered a 37g tube of anti-peel cream, made by the
manufacturers of St James Balm (currently not in production I'm told) Wait
for it!!!!----EXACTLY the same ingredients as dear old St James' Balm and I
am assured that it is one and the same in its amazing properties and
variety of uses and applications. I did this by asking an extremely
obliging lady in Lloyds Pharmacy who rang Sestri on 0208-205-3722. By the
time I got home she had managed to order it and rang me to say it would
take a couple of days and will cost £3.04p. Just thought I would pass
that on. Good Luck one and all!
Jean Leslie 23 Nov 2011, 18:44
UPDATE----Direct from Tim Stanton @ Sestri Sales-----If you want St James'
Balm go to your local pharmacist and ask them to order ANTIPEOL 37g from
AAH. He confirms that it is identical to SJB and has the same licence.
I spelled it wrongly in my previous message. IT IS ANTIPEOL not anti-peel.
sparkles 05 Jan 2012, 18:08
Thanks Jean - i've just googled St James Balm as my stock's almost finished
and found your posts. Antipeol does have exactly the same ingredients as
SJB - I've checked the labels! So I'm now off to order some - what's the
betting it's more expensive! Thanks again!!
Trish 07 Jan 2012, 21:51
Have just got Antipeol from my local pharmacy, they had to order it in but
only took 48 hours. Cost £3.36 for a 37g tube. Cheaper than paying
postage on line. What bliss to know I have a full tube and can get it
again when I need to.
