I am 63 years of age and I personally suffer from herps simplex virus and
have done so since I was a young child.
All pasts’ creams and solutions available from chemist shops contain
various chemicals to prevent further bacterial infection, gels and creams
to prevent cracking and even some light local anesthetic to avoid some
discomfort. However none of them contain the actual ingredient that
directly stops the DNA replication of the herps simplex virus.
Idoxuridine
This is used by vets in combat against herps simplex
Herplex D 0.1% Idoxuridine
Stoxil 0.5% Idoxuridine are the common brands
I have obtained both these in the past and found them to be exceedingly
brilliant at treating the virus. If used at the early warning stage the
lesions never develop.
Over the last 15 years I have been lesion free because of this compound and
I only had occasion to use it about ten times. However at this time I am
suffering bad lesions because I can not obtain any Idoxuridine. This has
been taken from the shelves of chemist shops and doctors do not prescribe
this.
What must I do to obtain some Stoxil.?
