Hi Mattia! I am from Romania and I had the same problem with finding this
product. I have searched all over Europe and I found it only in Spain (it
seems is the only country where you can buy it). It can be bought at any
pharmacy from there and can be purchased only by prescription from a
doctor. The price per box with 50 tablets is 40 euro.

Buna,
Singurul loc de unde se poate procura este Spania si numai cu reteta. Te
pot ajuta cu 2 sau 3 cutii (nu stiu exact cate i-au mai ramas mamei mele),
insa te avertizez ca exista riscul de a face tromboza! Mama mea nu a mai
putut continua tratamentul din cauza ca a facut tromboza venoasa
profunda(nu mai avea mult si ajungea la embolie pulmonara). De cateva luni,
la recomandarea medicului urolog, urmeaza un tratament cu cystone (este un
herbomineral anti-litiazic si anti-septic urinar, 100% din extracte
vegetale), care se gaseste in orice farmacie de la noi. De cand a inceput
acest tratament nu a mai avut nici un fel de problema.
