Hello!
I live in India, since i am calcium & Vit. D3 deficient, a friend brought
me CRINEX lab. medicine from France, called - Uvedose 100 000 U.I.
solution. My question is - is it to be taken at one time? my concern is
that it seems like a very high dosage! So how can it be taken at one go?
My doctor here is not aware of this particular method of administering such
a high dosage at a time.
So please advise.

Hi Anita,
I live in France and am also deficient in Vitamin D.
I have taken UVdose 100 000 I.U. every two weeks for 3 times. It works.
