Like a derivative of benzodiazepine zopiclone enhances GABA-ergic processes in the brain, interacting with the benzodiazepine receptors, as a result of the increased sensitivity of GABA-receptors to the neurotransmitter. However, zopiclone apparently interacts with other parts of the benzodiazepine receptor than benzodiazepines. Where do I get these sleeping tablets from, does it have to be through a
doctor or can I buy them over the counter, because when I need something
from my doctor to feel better, they never give me anything which is
aggravating when I know I need it.
