It helps for vertigo, motion sickness etc. I take it an hour before I go on a boat out to sea to stop me from getting sea
sick. Works really well, and doesn't make me tired. You can usually buy it over the counter at a pharmacy, and don't need a
prescription from a doctor. That's all in my experience anyway, not sure if things are different in different countries.
