my daughter was suffering from severe vit.B12 deficiency and this helped her tremendously as well as now helping her generally speaking while she is in college, and also helps me on a daily basis. The fact that it is vegetarian seems to circumvent the awful constipation that occurs with some iron-containing supplements.
