A dental surgeon was accused that by using a single injection of
Xylestesine Forte to a patient with angina pectoris he provoked Myocardial
infarction and consequently CVA. Curently that surgeon is sueed before
court for damages.
I would appreciate very much if you could sent me any available information
and if there is an official recommendation for contraindication in AP
