Been trying to get synaleve. Does anybody know if this product is still

U can now get it at selected pharmacies mainly in private hospitals. Its a
pain control capsules n r very effective

I Want to know what aRe the side affects of SYNALEVE- its also. Referred to
as TRAMACET- why give me a whole lot of medicine to look at if my search is
a straight forward request?
