I have been using Suganon for the past three years and I find it tastes better than all the other sweeteners. Of late I cannot find it anywhere. I used to buy it from Clicks and now its not available anymore. Do you still manufacture this product, and if so where in South Africa can I buy it?

Your magazine advert also don't mention the name of the product .

This advert must have costed a lot of money but yet is says nothing , it also mentions that one should contact the local pharmacy but they alos don't know what I am enquiring about .

Hi there, what I am about to say is not negatively intended but hope to reach somebody's ear. I have never had any problems purchasing Hepavite in Lydenburg from any of our pharmacies. This week I was down with my liver again and was told when wanted to buy some Hepavite which is the best remedy for liver failure (always has been in the past)they (the pharmacists) can not get Hepavite anymore. I would like to submit a complaint regarding the new packaging of Adco-Simvastatin. I feel that the packaging of the various strengths is too similar and thus significantly increases the chance of issuing the incorrect strength to the patient. I acknowledge that branding is important, however it should not compromise patient safety.

It would be greatly appreciated if the different strengths were more clearly differentiated.

I bought your Doom Destroyer Mosquito Plug-in Unit today. One side of the instructions talks about rotating the unit, but does not say what the purpose of rotating it is! Is it to switch it on and off, or to set it upright when in use? If the latter, 90 degrees in one direction only is not enough. What about if it is used with an extension lead which is lying flat on the floor? How do you get it upright then?

Can you tell me why the container of Livifem contains only 28 tablets - 1 per day, when every month, except February, has 30/31 days?

Please help, i bought Eetless Suganon from clicks last week i struggled a bit to open the package the 3 in 1 pack of 500tabs two of the containers fell on the ground and both split in two pieces with all the tabletts on the ground,i had to throw it all away!! impossible to pick them up and re-use!! I feel the containers dont seal good enough, now i am minus 1000tabs!! they normally last me e few months, now i have just about nothing left. Can u please help, can i possibly get 2 new containers of tabs?? Or do you have a other solution for my dilemma?? I will definetely be MORE carefull next time i open the box packiging, i did not realise it will split in pieces when it falls!! I find it a very Excellent product, thanks for your time to read my letter.
